Rovers 1981

In 1981 Rovers Football Club suffered an appalling run of injuries, and pressure games were the norm.

That the players were able to force their way into the semi, was a magnificent effort in itself.

Rovers’ loss in the semi was regretful but they did not want to dwell on that fact, and this Year Book is a summary of the year that was and how they would build ready for the 1982 season.
